Just this week we noticed a general performance issue and have pinpointed the the CPU is spiking for every time centricity is started, its doing it on citrix and local installs, but since those resources aren't shared like Citrix is, it's not as noticeable.
Any ideas what could of started causing this?
CPS or CEMR? What version? Did anything change over the weekend, such as network gear, network service provider, etc? Is network latency or packet loss higher between client machines and servers? Which process does task manager show is spiking during start?
I might start with a packet capture and procmon capture during startup on a test machine to see what is happening.

Turns out it was a bad import of a form or problem custom list, well at least a re import of these fixed it. I used to have this happen way back in 9.5, but haven't since.
