Does anyone currently use CQIC forms? Our network is in the process of transitioning to these new forms, but there seems to be a lack of a manual/documentation on how to edit, customize, etc. I am new to this position so am learning as I go, but I want to be able to better support our EHR leads at our sites with this project. So I'd love to hear if anyone has some sort of manual they have created or found that has helped them learn CQIC. Thank you!
We have used CQIC forms for years. I came to this organization 4 years ago and had never seen them before nor did I know anything about editing them or any other form for that matter. I do not have a manual but as I go along I contact Patti Hickam and she always walks me through everything that I need to do so that I understand for the next go round. She has been extremely patient with me to make sure i have the guidance I need to be successful. I have edited a fair number of the forms to meet our providers needs. CCC has built forms for me when it was a bigger project than I could handle. The editors that they provide for many of the forms are easy to use and very efficient. With a little help I have learned how to customize the actual file itself which for me has frequently been easier. I can not say enough good things about this group. They are very timely in their responsiveness to their users and I rarely wait more than a couple hours for an answer to my question. Their attentiveness to their client's needs is unsurpassed. I have never worked with a group that have been so easy to work with and so concerned about the customer. John Janas provides weekly webinars to train clients on the new developmeents as well as critical issues going on in the healthcare arena. ICD 10 was a whiz for us as hsa been our meaningful use workflows. If you need any more info please do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected]. Glad to help you in any way I can.
^^^ this applies to me as well. Although, I haven't needed any forms built that I can't do myself (yet). Patti has always been great. Please feel free to contact me as well. [email protected]
I agree with everyone else's comments. We have been live almost a year with CQIC content and it has been a lifesaver. I most especially agree with the comments about their customer service.
What helped me get familiar with some of the content was watching some of the older webinars from the CCC website. I bet Patti has already sent you some of the intro documents, but if not - I recommend requesting them from her and she will send you a zipped file. It has recommendations about which webinars to watch. I'm also happy to try and answer more questions: [email protected].
What is the GE contact information?
It's not a GE product. It is sold by Clinical Content Consultants.
