1/29/15, Website says no data, not true. I have not been able to recalculate data this week. Anybody having similar problems?
Are you calculating for 2015. We had an issue with our subscription end date being 12/31/14. Have GE check it was a pretty easy fix
broken for me. first time using it, for PQRS. no data, no call back from GE, was told it was known issue effecting other customers
Did you connect it to your SQL server?
We are having the same problem...still waiting on call back from GE as well.
We are having the same problem, no calculation since 1/26. GE did respond to the ticket I opened on the portal rather quickly, unfortunatly now it tells me it did calculated this am, but there is no data, I am expecting another call this morning so if I find out anything I will let the group know.
My understanding from GE is that there is more than one CQR server, and each client group is assigned to a particular one. We were unable to calculate anything last week, but everything has been working fine for us this week.
We are also seeing no info for calculations after 01/26/15. We are on version 3 (gamma CQR). Starting a case with GE now.
I am still experiencing this issue...No Data. Was anyone who had this able to resolve. GE has been envolved as late as yesterday evening with no resolution...hoping for another extension from GE.
Our CQR has not ingested data since 01/29 - has anyone else seen their JBoss process data in the functional channel since then? We are working with GE on this and have sent logs but I am curious if what I am seeing is what the experiences in this thread are. We are also on the gamma server.
