We are scheduled to upgrade to 12 this weekend. Yesterday I was informed that the CQR roll out would not happen for 30 days. I think this is crazy, we have wasted 2 quarters waiting for the certified product and now your reporting won't be ready until end of June. How do I test to ensure all of our new workflows are meeting the measures? Just wondering if anyone else has heard this or is a frustrated as I am.
We upgraded to 12 a month and a half ago and we are still waiting on getting CQR (and the Qvera CCD piece) installed on four databases. Getting anything from GE about either of these two pieces has been like pulling teeth. We finally got our salesperson involved and at least got someone from their integration team to exchange a few emails, but not much more. About a week and a half ago, I was told by Brant Casteel at GE Integration that they had just finished a round of installs for CQR and that we'd be close to the top of the list for the next round but he had to "wait for approval" before proceeding with more installs. We are still waiting.
Is this really so complicated that they can't just document the installation process and let us take a crack at it ourselves? We want to do MU2 attestation in quarter 3 and that is looking less and less likely with each passing day. They are out there selling these solutions but don't seem to have the capacity to deliver them in a timely manner. I am sitting here as a fairly tech savvy person ready to get going, but they seem to want to do everything themselves and that really doesn't scale well when they have short timelines and a lot of customer demand for upgrades/additions like they do now.
Has anyone been successful with either CQR or Qvera CCD integration so far? How did the process go? Is it a super complicated/lengthy installation or something?

We tried but it was causing infinite network i/0 bottleneck (800+mbps) to the app server. We had to stop it.
Wow - is CQR what turned out to be causing your problem? I saw the other thread you posted. Definitely can not afford that kind of consumption on our systems. I've been pushing hard to get it installed, but if that's the result of what they're putting out right now, I guess I'll wait.
Just tried doing SP3 on a test database and the GE licensing server appears to be down. Guess I'll wait until tomorrow. At least it's a test and not an actual upgrade on a Friday night.

Yes absoulutely that was the issue. GE said it happens to some customers but not all.
Any updates on CQR? We upgraded to CPS12 6/13. Our 90 days for MU2 start 7/1. I have not heard back from GE regarding the login information. Our VAR is contacting them hopefully today to speed up the process.
Are you still having issues with CQR?
Do the reports actually reflect what the numbers should be?
Thanks!

We have gotten absolutely nowhere with getting CQR/Qvera or CCDA/Qvera implemented. We signed the quote on 3/27. We've involved both our salesperson and a project manager who is helping us with another EMR roll out. They both promise help and say things like "scheduling for installs will begin later this week" and then two weeks come and go and NOTHING. If anyone has a name of someone to contact that might be able to help us get rolling, I'd appreciate it.
We also were hoping to begin our 90 day period on July 1. I've essentially given up on it happening at this time and we will try for fourth quarter I guess.

We are scheduled to upgrade our CPS11 to version 12 next month. This is very concerning because even if CMS grants the Stage 2 delay we will not be able to report MU Stage 1 at all once we upgrade, unless the current Crystal MU reports work in CPS12. Has anyone heard if this will be an option?
The current reports do not work in 12. I had our IT ask GE and we were told they are not designed for 12.
Matt we keep getting told the same thing. Scheduling installs soon/next week and it never happens. We did our upgrade on 5/30/14 it's not looking good for a 3 quarter attestation. Considering they were talking up the CQR at the last 2 CHUG conferences this is not living up to the hype.

We're in the same boat. Signed the CQR quote in March, upgraded to CPS 12 first weekend of May and still trying to get an install date for CQR. I'm starting to get the impression that CQR isn't in full production. Is there anyone live on CQR with it functioning and getting valid reports?
Justin
After a whole lot of not-so nice emails on my part to sales rep and project managers that we have contact with, they finally got me a "kick-off call" scheduled with someone from GE Integration for July 15. But I believe this is for CCDA, not for CQR. I am still nowhere with CQR, but if we have CCDA, maybe we will still be able to meet the measures and then we'll just have to worry about the CQR reporting later on. We will have no ability to track progress though which is lousy.
I agree that it seems that CQR isn't in full production. One of the emails I got back said something like they halted installations a few weeks back and haven't had the green light to start them up again. Some communication would be nice rather than us having to interrogate various GE people Jack Bauer style to get some idea of what is going on. 🙂
They've sent those email blasts advising us to press forward with getting everything implemented and ready for MU2 despite the probable delay, but they haven't done their part.
Here is the last post on the GE web site:
Centricity CQR Status modified by Hitesh Meghani in CQR - View the full document ________________________________________ Current System Status: Both Test and Production CQR System are up and operational. Planned Maintenance update: On Wednesday, June 25th at 5:00PM to 10:00PM (5 Hours) Pacific Time, Cloud Services will perform a Clinical Quality Reporting (CQR) 1.1.2 upgrade on the Test CQR Servers. On Sunday, June 29th at 2:00PM to 10:00PM (8 Hours) Pacific Time, Cloud Services will perform a Clinical Quality Reporting (CQR) 1.1.2 upgrade on the Production CQR Servers.
To me, that implies that their server (cloud) end of things is currently functioning, but they are doing maintenance on the given dates. It doesn't say anything about what needs to happen at each and every client site that wants to transmit data into their system and get CQR reports. That is where the hangup seems to be - although it MAY be related to some issue on their end and that's why they've halted the implementation. I guess maybe we can hope that the upgrades on June 29 will fix whatever the problem is and they can get back to installing it for clients.
I was finally given a username/password but our CQR provider export has not been completed. I can log on but can not see anything. I have sent numerous emails to mqic regarding our export since we start our 90 days 7/1/14! Our VAR has now raised our status to GE since they are getting a ton of calls regarding CQR.

I just received this reply from our VAR:
"CQR was only recently released within the last 2 weeks therefore we could not quote
this prior to us having the pricing. As for a timeframe this is hard to
determine as this was just released and we are just now starting to receive
orders to begin installation and implementation the process. As soon as
this order is processed through GE we can have a better timeframe of when we
will be able to install. We will attempt to make every effort to get this
installed ASAP"
Has anyone else received an update or is actually using CQR yet?
