What preferred software/device do you use to capture signatures on forms in CEMR 9.8 and how easy was it to setup to integrate with CEMR?

We have a solution that works with the Centricity EMR 9.8 called Visual Signature Capture. We have clients collecting signature and patient data as well as storing images of their documents as a PDF. Our solution not only imports data but also auto index signed forms to the patient chart or to the PM.
