Hi CHUG community,
First I would like to thank all of you that took time out of your busy day to reply with some great solutions to my last question.
I would like to know if anyone one has a good workflow for capturing signatures on the never ending stack of forms that we are required to obtain and store. If so what software/product/device are you using and how easy is it to set up to integrate with CPS .
Thanks,
Visual Signature Capture from Logical Innovations is great! If you need to store the information on a form to an obsterm, you can do that or if you just want the form to go in as only a PDF, that works to!

We also are using Visual Signature Capture. It works well for our Consent to treat forms, and you can even run rules that check if a patient is on the schedule, and needs to fill one out. You can update demographics too, so we are starting a registration update as part of our check in process, so that we make sure to capture all the patient's data, and ask a few questions that are required by the State. We hope to go as paperless as possible with our workflows, and this has really helped.
+1, this is the solution we use as well
Wholeheartedly agree with Visual Signature Capture - its great, very adaptable, easy to use/configure set up and build and also easy for staff to be able to do without causing a bottle neck in the patient flow.
Thanks everyone for the positive feedback.
Dorella, I'd be happy to fill you in with additional details regarding Visual Signature Capture and set up a demonstration for you.
We integrate with both the PM and EMR.
Thanks,

I would like to know if Visual Signature Capture from Logical Innovations works only with front office patient signature capture. We need something to capture physician signatures on forms like face to face visits, mobility forms, and faxed forms that come in and the provider has to print out then sign and have scanned back in. We have front end patient data capture through Phreesia but really need software for back end through EMR.
