My providers are telling me when they eRx specific prescriptions (i.e. Lyrica) they get a printed page that is a CareHealth patient discount card 1 pager.
The print out lists where the script was sent and states by presenting this printout you could save money on the prescription.
Does anyone know where/how it is controlled whether this "Discount Card" page is printed or not?
Thanks,
Mike

Maybe this has been fixed but the last demo I watched on 12.3 stated that there was no way to turn this feature off and that it would display the message that a coupon was printed even if there was no coupon to print. We are currently on 12.2.2 and this was one of the "cons" I marked on my list for upgrade.
Jessica,
We are on 12.3.2 and if there is a way to turn it off I can't find it.
Thanks for your response.
Mike
The release documentation for 12.3 had this to say about disabling the discount printouts.
Disabling medications discounts and alerts
After signing, discounts print or are automatically transmitted with e-prescriptions to the patient’s pharmacy. If your clinic prefers not to participate in medications discounts and alerts, contact Centricity Services at 888.436.8491 to disable this feature.
