We have installed Centricity 12.0.10 on a 2012 Remote Desktop Server in an attempt to troubleshoot slow terminal sessions. It has made a huge difference, but I've run into a couple of glitches in the process. First, when faxing orders, providers are not seeing the recipient on the fax window that pops up after selecting the service provider. They have to click in the blank area for it to refresh and appear. Second, our receptionists are having issues with the schedule screen properly refreshing. For example, if a receptionist is looking at the afternoon schedule and they swap days, it still appears that they are viewing the afternoon, but they are actually looking at the morning slots with the afternoon times. They've also run into issues with horizontal refreshing. When sliding over to another provider on the schedule, they see the wrong patients under the provider. This can all be corrected by clicking the refresh button in the schedule screen. Has anyone run into these issues? Anyone else using 2012 RDS?
Many thanks,
Gary

2012 isn't supported for 12.0.x so we didn't try it, I'm almost surprised you got the client to install!
We will be moving to 2012 when we upgrade to 12.2, we have that in our test environment now.

The only thing that I needed to do to get the installer to work was add our jboss server's URL to the compatibility settings in the browser. We viewed the documentation for terminal servers and it said it was compatible. We will be moving forward with 12.2 sometime in the near future, so I'm sure my problems will go away by then.
Yes with a few browser settings I know 12 SP12 works on 2012R2. Its still a correct statement GE doesn't support it.
