We will not be upgrading to v20 but will continue to use Centricity 9.12. Since we won't be able to prescribe/refill electronically, can we still use the current refill form? Will refill requests show up under the Rx Renewals tab? Will we be able use eScriptMessenger? Is anyone else planning on not upgrading and, if that's the case, how are you handling refills and prescriptions? Will we have to change each pharmacy's default to "Fax to Pharmacy" or will the prescription be faxed anyway?

Besides the obvious that Surescripts is cutting athena off and the integration with Rcopia/Dr. First is a very.... ughhh kludgy at best solution despite years to work on it, any other reasons why you are not just going to go with it?
