We have an issue that we can not fax in one fax DM and EMR documents in same fax with multiple documents. We utilize Biscom and recently purchased a new module to allow us to stack documents however it only allows stacking in EMR documents and not DM within the same fax.
Example:
Referral Personnel state they have fax cover sheets and insurance cards that need to be sent from the DM as well as EMR documents in one fax. I do not want to have them to start scanning these into the EMR portion of the chart especially for the Centricity Database growth and the increase workflows for the clinical staff. Are they a successful way to fax from both within one fax?

Have you looked at Docubatch pro? https://www.summitsoftech.com/
We do not use that program but we do have several other applications (eDoc and MagicFax) and are happy with the products and the company.

Thank You Mike I have not but will check it out we need a solution to access the DM and EMR from same program and Biscom is not allowing us to currently access the DM and EMR within same fax only EMR documents.
