We have been running Centricity at a Walk In Center for the last few years and sort of limping along as it really is not designed for this type of care.
Does anyone have any experience with using Centricity in these settings?
I would like to have a tracking board or "white board" similar to those used in Emergency Departments, as well as improved reporting capabilities.
I have heard that it is possible to have a third party overlay on top of Centricity that could do these things but do not know of anyone using one.

We created a tracking board with wait times and an online sign in option using a product from clockwisemd. You can see the sign in option by going to our website. www.gracehealthsystem.com . We set it up to be able track patient movement , assigned to certain provider , assigning to room , in lab, in xray , discharged etc.

Are you still using this process from Clockwise? We're in desperate need of a tracking board for our walk-in clinic and we're hoping this might do the trick. If you're still using it, can we talk at some point to ask you some questions?
