When we use the GE Immunization Management HTML form, the system automatically adds CPT-90471. Can someone remind me where this can be changed? We need the code to enter CPT-0011A or CPT-0012A (Moderna).

We have the exact same question about Moderna. I'm not sure how the EMR form would provide two different admin codes for the same vaccine. We are considering using charge sets in billing and advising the staff not to use the coding that comes over from the provider. Certainly not the best workflow, but I'm short on ideas.
