how to disabled that? I've tried CLT + ALT +( all the alphabet) and nothing works.
Are you on CPS or cEMR? I have not seen that exact message in CPS. I have seen the UI Debug and HTML Debug, and other trace and track messages, but not that one specifically. I have noticed in general though that some CTRL +ALT + (letter) and some are CTRL + SHIFT + (letter). You could try that. Also, window focus matters. Some of these keyboard shortcuts work on the main menu, but no the chart/administration wrapper (or billing or whatever window), or vice versa. It should also go away if you close Centricity and reopen it. If it does not, then there is a different setting probably in the client directory or registry keys that would be keeping it on.
I'm using CPS. I've tried ctr+alt + (all letters), ctr+shift+(all letters) and nothing removes the Debug message. It adds to the debug message when using +S, +T, +M but nothing removes it. I end up logging off and wait till next day. Now it's gone. Don't even know how i got it but thanks.
If this is the one that I think it is. In Centricity, you want to go into the Help --> About and in that window there is a field that's named "Support Flag" if it has anything in it other than "0x0" (Zero x Zero) than the debugging is turned on for that user.
To clear you just type "0" (a Zero) into the field, tab out of it, and then close the window. If you go back into the About screen, it should then reflect the "0x0" (Zero x Zero) value and the debugging should be turned off.
must have been because it wasn't 0x0 when i first checked so i put in "0x0" instead of "0" and that didn't fixed the issue. Next time if that happens, i'll try just putting "0'. thanks.
I am on CPS 12.3 and ctrl+shift+t works for us.
