Since moving on to 12.2, we have noticed that columns can no longer be edited on chart desktop. Particularly in the flag section, there are two columns that aren't necessary. Providers are unable to see a message preview because of this, and the settings just reset if they leave the screen
I looked around in workstation preferences and made sure 'reset windows' was not selected. Has anyone else run into this?
I remember we had trouble when resizing columns on the desktop and the new sizes not sticking. I can't recall the exact version when this happened - I think it might have been an SP with CPS 10; I don't think it was fixed until another SP with CPS12. We haven't gone to 12.2 yet, but it would be a shame if it broke again.
I know we lost it when we upgraded from CPS9.5 to CPS11 and we are now on CPS12.0 SP13 and the Desktop column sizes still reset every time a user logs completely out of Centricity. We are on a Citrix environment, so logging all the way includes closing any related browsers.
We upgraded to 12.2 last week, and we're seeing the same issue with the columns resetting.
This is a current problem for us also. You can change the window size but it goes right back. You cannot even see the text.
We have the same problem in 12.2. Hoping someone will have a solution...
According to GE, the columns "Work as Designed" in 12.2....... They informed me they were not adjustable in SP11, My end users are adamant they were working, before the upgrade.
GE now has this listed as an enhancement request.
