Is anyone getting corrupted charts after September Knowledgebase Update?
After applying this update to our production database some chart fail to load the summary windows, and they don't even register in the your drop down list when you click the find patient button.
if you got to their chart even if the summary windows stays on a permanent Loading screen "Sorry. There was an error loading this data.", You can still go to the document view and see all this patient documents.
We had this happen before the update - GE has a script they run in SQL server that will free up that chart - BUT, it is a fix for that chart only, so the next time it happens, you will have to call them again!
Hope this helps.

The FindChartOpenIssues Stored procedure?.
I already installed the stored procedure on my SQL server, but that procedure what it does it tries the find the most common issue that cause this problem.
This issue have to do with one or more wrong value in one of the table that is used to populate the summary view of the chart.
with their FindChartOpenIssues procedure i was able to fix "2" chart.
i was able to fix another 5 chart going to each individual table: Medicate, Problem, Allergy,Assess, Directiv and flags; And fixing the wrong value added by the Knowledgebase update.
But there are a few more which the error is not related to any of those tables.
Would you please advise if you use CPS or CEMR, and which version? From your screen shot it looks like CPS. Also, are you hosted or do the KB Updates in house yourself? We are on CEMR 9.5 and are hosted by GE. They will be applying the September KB update to our environments next Wednesday. They have not heard of this issue, so we are trying to determine if it is widespread or isolated. Thank you.
