We are using athenaPractice (fka as Centricity Practice Solution) and we are looking for an integrated claim scrubber option. We are on version 19. Our VAR is only offering Hosted Claims Manager. Does anyone know of any other options? We tried HCM before and found it to be costly for the limited benefits. We have multiple databases and providers.

Our practice used Hosted Claims Manager for about 5 years. We transitioned to Encoda Backoffice Solutions in 2018. It works great and really fills in some of the other gaps in the practice management system as well. My staff love it! It has made their jobs much easier.

We use ACE from Unlimited Systems. I checked with out revenue cycle manager, and he said this about it:
"I would not consider it "user friendly" from an add/update standpoint. However, it is effective in vetting potential denials and the support from ACE team has been very satisfactory. I can recommend it from that standpoint."
