We have been on Centricity for 6 months. We have now encountered a second time where our claims are filed succeeded only to find out months later they were rejected by the payer on EDI services. Once our claims are filed succeeded we don't babysit them unless they get rejected. Medicare states they have no record of our claims. Anyone have this issue or insight on how to resolve? Thanks!
Did they not change to Filed-Rejected when the report came back from the carrier? Are you retrieving your reports...well, let me back up. We are using Centricity EDI services and each day we go in and retrieve our reports and remittances. The system processes the reports and any claim that is rejected at the carrier's door will be changed to status of Filed-Rejected.
