Not sure if this is possible and if anyone can help me out how I could do this....
We are trying to eliminate follow up paperwork that patients fill out before they see the physician but...the clinical staff and doc wants a piece of paper they can write on with some discrete data from the last visit like a clinical summary but with specific data points. They want to be able to run this batch style to print out for each patient that will be coming in the next day. This report needs the follow:
Each patient form needs the following from their chart:
- Problems reviewed
- Allergies reviewed
- Meds reviewed
- Vital signs (BP, HR, O2, temp) Useful information to know:
- CC, S/P, DOS or DOI and time passed
Anyone know how to do this?
This is not a difficult problem. This data can be printed as the patient presents to the clinic by either by the front desk or the intake personnel. It is more difficult to do this in a batch mode for the entire clinic, but well within the capabilities of Crystal Reports. If you would like to pursue this, contact me, [email protected]. As Fermat commented, ... the proof that is too large to fit in the margin.
We do this at our urgent care clinic. I created a letter that pulled all the elements needed and print it as they check in. I also built in the spaces for the vitals and CC so it could be written down and entered at the nursing station later. Works great....
