Whenever you click the commit order button on the CCC test management order form and you get "invalid order category" what does that mean? I get for some orders but not for all of them. Thank you.
Your text file is pointing to a "category" that doesn't exist in your admin tables. Could be misspelled....
That means that the order that is being placed is not available in an Order Set.
Go to Adminstration
Expand Codes
Expand Codes and Categories
Click on the appropriate category
Add the Test or Service that is being reported as Invalid
Verify that in your TFE, you have the order EXACTLY as it appears in your EMR orders. Sometimes there is a space or an extra character. The easiest way to insure this doesn't happen, is to copy and paste when creating your TFE (Dual monitors!!!)
