Hello. We are looking at having our lab results for AIDs tests come into Centricity EMR as a confidential document. Has anyone done this and how did you do it?
Thank you in advance.

We are now looking to do the same thing---did you get any answers to this post?

I am also curious...
I do not know of any way to have that done through an interface. Maybe the lab company can create an HL7 for AIDS results showing them as confidential... and somehow have the EMR setup to import that file as confidential.
Maybe the provider can mark it sensitive when he/she signs the lab result?
Based on this document: (at least for the Oracle EMR version)
managing_interfaces_with_centricity_emr.pdf
from the Centricity Support website, check out page 371.(Assumes hl7 import, not ASTM).
It discusses how HL7 allows that to be set in a TXA-18 segment, which tells LinkLogic how to file the confidentiality of the document on import (and export, if you used that).
