I have never set up a Confidentiality Document Types. We have a new LCSW on staff and she would like to protect her chart document (Behavioral Health) from all users having access to this document. Is this possible with Confidentiality Document Types? Do other users use this function?
We don't have a current need to mark particular document types as confidential, but we do set our staff charts as sensitive charts. That puts a 'break the glass' feature in effect where most users a required to provide justification for accessing a chart.
This assumes you have CPS security privileges set up appropriately.

We use several confidentiality types.
I recently wrote up an email with steps, options, and screen shots for someone else.
I can find the email and route it to you, if you'd like.
