I understand that there is not normal functionality to do this. But has anyone figured out a way to copy My Folders from one user to another?
We are preparing to upgrade to 12.3 and working on the new eRx workflows and having each of our nurses set up and maintain their own My Folders is making us a bit nervous.
Any thoughts are welcome.

We struggled with the same issue - without any solution.
One thing I did was build the following Crystal Report (you may need to customize for your site) to look and see if there are open requests lingering. This might happen with a new doctor/prescriber that no one added to 'their list'.
