Our facility has a 100 bed respite facility, divided into 4 teams.
The number of RN members per team is large because of 3/shifts per day, and some per diem nurses also.
Our pharmacy is often getting/responding to multiple flags about the same issue, sent by different nurses from different shifts. The RN supervisor and Pharamacy have asked for a way to have a flag group by Team that both groups could easily use and review.
We know users can create their own groups for flagging and can view all flags associated with a patient, but are wondering if anyone has come up with a solution for a way to create a group (1 time not per person) for sending flags between different members.
Thanks for your help.

We created proxy users in Admin and use those as central flag and routing locations. So instead of routing documents and flags to users, the staff is trained to send them to these proxy users that are monitored by typically 3-5 staff members at a time. Let me know if you would like details on how to set one of these users up.
Thanks for the feedback. I think we are all set.
