I got a new PC & had to reinstall Crystal Reports XI. When I try to export a .rpt file to .csv a screen appears for 1 sec, but not long enough for me to see what it was. But it looks like when I click on export to .csv a install dialog box appears like its trying to locate and install something to continue with the .csv export. The install or the export process never happened.
I recall having this same issue before when I upgraded from Crystal Reports IX to XI, but I can't recall what I did to fix. Did anyone else have this issue? If so, what did you have to do to fix the .csv import portion? All of the other file export types works fine.
