Crystal Report for Signed Documents

I received a crystal report a few years ago from someone on the CHUG website that gave the type of document, provider name, and average time taken to sign a document. I have since lost this report and wanted to know if anyone has a similar crystal report. It would be greatly appreciated as we have opened another clinic and we would like to be able to track response time for phone notes. Thank you

I have a report that will give you by provider, document type with list of pts, days to signing. This report will require to change the data source location. Are you able to do this?

Hi All,

I'm new to Crystal and just learning how to build. I just took my beginner course. I have emailed you separately from this thread, but I'm also going to ask on this forum.

Does anyone have the report layout they could forward? I have built a few and would be happy to share in the future if someone does.

My reports requests are coming fast and furious, plus I'll be at CHUG this week, so don't know if someone would be willing to send me today, if possible, so I can forward to appropriate parties in my organization while I'm out.
