Can someone shed some light on how your practice goes about making a user Obsolete?
Do you make sure flags/documents are taken care of first before you make them obsolete? Do you place a "zz" in front of their last name and User ID?
We are on CEMR 9.8.11

We definitely made sure flags and documents were gone from their desktop. We put our service desk ticket number for deactivation in one of the fields in user setup. We didn't do the ZZ except on their appointment book. If I had it to do over again I'd remove all of their individual preferences before making them obsolete so I wouldn't have to either update the database or reinstate them temporarily if they were using a banner or custom list, etc. that we decided to retire.
