Has anyone received the below error? We are getting it on EMR and PM side of CPS.

Centricity Practice Sollution DLL has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.
Close the program
The only option is to click close the program and then the EMR crashes.
On a daily basis, sometimes twice a day. GE had no answer as to why.
Are you by chance using Dragon?
Yes. Our Providers use Dragon. But we also have RN's and MA's who have the same error.... It also happens to one user in our billing department.
What version of CPS is your environment running and are the crashes sporadic or is it something you've been able to reproduce in any way?
For what it's worth when we experienced the issue it was related to Dragon. We had to go into C:\ProgramData\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking and edit the nsapps.ini field "emrter" to -1. This stopped the crashing for providers that were experiencing the issue.
