When I make a new document (any new document at this point I’ve tried) I get a “Data Execution Prevention – Microsoft Windows” error that says “to help protect your computer, windows has closed this program. Windows Explored Microsoft Corporation and a button to close message. I close that message and I get the “windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience and can click send error report or don’t send. Either button sends me back to my chart then it takes a while for it to respond and allow me to write my session note or intake or phone note, whatever.
Has anyone else experienced this?
have you tried setting DEP to "Turn on DEP for essential windows programs and services only"?
I will have the provider that is having the issue try that and see if it works, thanks! 🙂
