Is there a setting or a way to open a patient's chart directly to the DOCUMENTS tab rather than the SUMMARY tab?

Currently, none that I am aware of.
Historically (paper chart days), the summary information (Meds/Probs/Allergies) was the first thing that a provider would see and as a universally accepted patient safety measure and that tradition has been maintained throughout the digital transformation. I do not think this will change nor am I certain that it ever should.
