Can someone tell me if you can delete users out of CPS 10 , we are a multi specialty clinic and have an active user group of about 200 and 100 or more inactive users because of staff changes and provider changes.

My recommendation would be based off of the assumption that your practice is using Microsoft Active Directory integration for users.
- 1st – Inactivate/Lock the users Active Directory account for your Network Domain will stop the user from being able to log into your network which then will stop access to Centricity.
- 2nd – Additional Precaution – Create an Active Directory Group called something similar to CPS Disabled.
- Remove all Centricity rights to CPS Disabled Group
- Also Check your "Everyone" CPS Group.
Rights are found in
- Open Centricity Administration
- Browse the Edit List, the Left Column
- Expand User and Resource Management
- Expand Security
