I am at an ophthalmology clinic, and we will be starting Centricity at the end of the month. We currently insert diagnostic photos in the exam for that date of service, then attach an interpretation below. In Centricity, we'll be inserting photos into a folder in the chart using a third-party document manager. I am wondering in what ways I can connect the interpretation and report, so it is easily viewed with the photo.
I think any field of medicine that uses diagnostic imaging could be helpful..
