has anyone else had directives pop up for them? We did and awhile ago they stopped, can someone please let me know if you have had directives pop up for you. GE is trying to tell me that has never worked that way and they wont take the ticket until I can recreate it.

We've never had directives pop-up (unless we added code to the patient banner to trigger a userok pop-up) but Care Alerts can be pop-ups. When you create a flag you can make it a pop-up and you will be able to see it in the Care Alerts window.
