I have asked everyone I know and searched the forums - is there a way to disable the license count popup every time you log in to CPS?

Outside of adjusting permissions I'm not aware of a way.
User Management -> Administration -> Administrative Security -> uncheck 'Show System Warnings'.

Users get a system message on login showing system information such as the max number of concurrent users and licensed features
- This is a system message. To disable, login to CPS, go to Administration > System > User and Resource Management > Users > Security > Security > Security by Permission, then expand Main Menu > Administration > > Administrative Security > Show System Warnings. Define the users or groups who are to see system messages and warnings upon login. Remove any users or groups who should not see these messages.

I believe that will also disable the backup job and daily job messages too. The way I did it, is disable it for all users but leave it for the admin users just so you know if the backup jobs did not run. I left the managers in that group as well since we are a small IT shop and I don't login to CPS as much. My backups are triple redundant but I still like to know if any of them failed 🙂
