We would like to run a report for the next week that will print all the clinical summaries and we will also do a batch print for superbills and daily schedules to a PDF file. Print it to a PDF file on one of the local computers. Each day we will write over it with a new file. It contains the relevant information from the chart (most recent H&P, exam, testing, allergies, medications, etc.)
As a test, we will print it off for a few days and asked the doctors to look at it as they were seeing the patients. We plan to ask them to assume this was all they had, would they be able to complete the visit? Based on that feedback we will do some final tweaking to the report.
Question – Has anyone already created a Clinical Summary report that can be printed by batch (day or range of date — like a week) sorted by location, provider?
The idea that you have to buy an extra add on program to batch print is irritating
