We have quite a few documents that have Link Logic as the provider. Can someone please let me know what causes this?
Thank you
were these imported?
They are HL7 interface imports. Not done through Kryptiq if that's what you mean.

then you might want to check your settings for your interface, also look at the HL7 files that are getting imported via your DTS and see if they are being put into there.
Could the issue be caused by not having a responsible provider on the patient? When we clean up our Link Logic, we have "Missing Provider" issues because the clinic doesn't want to add responsible providers. Therefore, when we reconcile Link Logic, we select the responsible provider manually in link logic so the result can be processed.
that could be it, if you have your settings to set it via the patients responsible provider, that will explain why it is showing that.
Can you remind me where I can check that setting please?

As I was going onto CPS to see where I saw this, it seems that it is no longer here, last time i seen it was on a older version of CPS over 2 years ago.
Administration > System > LinkLogic > Task Options
It might now default to the patients Responsible provider and if it is not filled, then it uses LinkLogic as the User.
