Does anyone out there have any reports that you've created for downtime situations with CEMR, that you'd be willing to share? Maybe something that is run on a daily basis to capture future patients, but really any downtime reports would be great! Thanks in advance!

We have two reports -
#1 is A126 = Excel output for next day's appointments with key fields like telephone number
#2 is A127 = pdf output for next day's appointments, configured as one page per patient appt
I have these scheduled to run each day, for the next day, and stored to a secure network location in case needed. With our auto-call-system, we have used the A126 file to blast out calls to patients scheduled next day. For instance, being in Boston we tend to have lots of sports championship parades - so we have used the file to remind people of the next day parade, driving and parking restrictions.
