We are transitioning our providers to Dragon Medical One v3.0. We are running into crashing issues when a provider attempts to dictate. In the past there was an ini file that we could modify that would stop this from happening. Our dragon expert tells me that file no longer exists in this version so we can't go that route.
We are on CPS 12 sp 11. Nuance is advising us to go to SP 12, but I'm avoiding upgrading if possible, for a variety of reasons.
We receive an error the the DLL has stop and then this is in the extra detail:

Has anyone had an experience with this?
Hi,
We are currently experiencing this issue with Dragon One and CPS 12.0.11. Did you ever find a resolution?
Thanks.
I don't believe version 12.0.11 and Dragon One are compatible. It's been a while since we did research on it, so I could be wrong, but I remember we had to delay our Dragon upgrade to Dragon One for a while.
Here are my notes from how I fixed Naturally Speaking.
Please close Dragon and Centricity and navigate to C:\ProgramData\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking12 or C:\ProgramData\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking11 (depending on which version of Dragon you are running)
Locate nsapp.ini make a backup copy of this file, and open
Use Ctrl+F to search for “EmrTer” Change the value of this entry to -1 (there are two to change)
Save and Relaunch Dragon first and then launch Centricity
This change will need to be made on every machine where Dragon is installed and you are experiencing the issue
Thanks for the reply. When we were using the other version of Dragon this worked for us, but when we started using the Dragon One Cloud version, we started having this issue again and I can't seem to get those setting to work, even if I try changing the -1 back to a 9.
Thanks.
We're having the same issue with DMO Cloud and CPS 12.3.2. Would love to know if anyone got any traction on this, we're getting access violations in this dll (SoD.StdEditRemote.dll)
We are on version 12.3.3 and we have tried dragon one version 5.0 and 5.1 and 4.0.
4.0 freezes dragon one in between charts so after a few charts it will become unresponsive with 12.3.3 never tested this one with 12.2.3 only 3.4 which was the only stable one so far with both 12.3 and 12.2
5.0 same as above with more frequent freezing with version 12.3.3 and 12.2.3
Nuance had us enable WPF for the sod.exe file with dragon 5.1 and then anytime we clicked on a calendar view within Centricity it would crash Centricity. If we disable it then Centricity works fine but nuance dragon is freezing up like similar versions prior to.
It doesn't matter if the user is on the mobile app or on a USB device the result is the same. We were also able to reproduce above issue in and out of the citrix environment (xenapp 7.15)
We also opened ticket with Clincially Speaking and Athena CPS
We are still having this issue it has been 6 months we do have an active ticket open with naturally speaking and GE/Athena. To confirm has everyone also opened tickets with GE/Athena so they would know there are multiple sites struggling with this. Our Dragon one will become unresponsive after a few charts and needs to be relaunched. Our providers are very frustrated we could reproduce both in citrix and in local installs. Again multiple dictation devices give the same outcome.
