We have several providers that use Dragon within Centricity 12.2. Is there a way to create a macro for Dragon to click on a button within a form?
Thank you.
We have several providers using Dragon in EMR 9.8 and they have commands that click a button. It was created with step by step commands with tabs built in that 'click' the buttons in the forms. If you can create a keyboard shortcut that = the step you want then you can build a command that will follow it. We've tried the macro-recorder but in a Citrix environment it doesn't work that great.
Dragon macro example to press sign and rout to your default . I use this to send appends and result to my MA
More simple voice macro to press sign
Good luck. The most difficult thing is anticipating all the places you might try to use the macro and if the steps are the same for completion.
Navigation macros to move from documents to desktop summary for instance are difficult.

I use EMR Magic from Polaris Danforth.
It wraps around Dragon and comes with macros already built for many things. Saves a lot of time for macro building.
We bought it in 2010- still using it today. Not sure how well it plays with current versions of Dragon. You may want to check them out.
(I have no proprietary interest in P-D).
