Hi everyone,
I am running into an issue where a provider will put a drug allergy into a patients chart, then some time later they will prescribe them a drug that would interact with the drug on the allergy list as if the patient was taking that drug. So the system is thinking that the patient is taking the drugs that are on their allergy list, and generating critical interaction alerts. Has anyone else ran into this one or have any ideas on a fix?

Did you recall if you received any help with this problem? We encountered the same issue today while attempting to add a new medication which caused an alert of a critical adverse reaction with a medication on the allergy list.
