We are having an issue of having 2 copies of orders printing out for a few of our users when they request tests. The issue does not seem to be user computer profile related as having users who don't have the issue logged into the computer does not solve the problem in CPS for users that do have the problem. It is also printer agnostic. Also it is not due to requesting multiple copies as the default number of copies is 1.
Has anybody else seen this problem and have you been able to correct it? Virence (CPS Support) is puzzled but working on it. So far their suggestions have not panned out (user profile issue).

There is a setting on the print screen in CPS. I will email you a screenshot and see if this helps!
We had this issue and a user had selected multiple check boxes to print vs only having "Provider Form" selected and it printed a duplicate of the order. Uncheck all but that one option and it should resolve. The other time we see this is when the windows default print option is set to more than one page. Centricity doesn't show the windows dialog boxes so you can't tell or see it to change it. We are EMR so it is possible it is a little different. Thanks. Jen
We had a similar issue and for us it was because more than Provider Form was checked under "Test and Referrals" in the print menu. Not sure if it is the same, but worth a shot!
