Hello, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing multiple copies of the same lab report being routed to providers by LinkLogic? If so, does anyone know the cause of this?
Not sure if this is the same issue, but we were receiving partials and finals. As you can imagine, partials can up very quickly. I contacted the labs to let them know to only send finals and that resolved the issue. From time to time they show up again, but I just call the labs again and they fix it. Hope this helps.
We were notified this morning of users experiencing this same issue. They are receiving a digital copy of results and then a scanned document copy. We are still trying to figure out the cause.
Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, the reports are coming in with a (P) in the summary, which I assume means Partial. We will observe to see if we have providers receiving any more of the partial results as opposed to the final results and then reach out to the vendor if needed.
