Does anyone have any training material geared toward the doctors, MAs, and nurses that they would be willing to share? We will be upgrading from 9.8 to 9.12 - a big jump, I'm afraid. Any tricks for making this easier on the doctors and staff? We will have a test system up sometime this month which I hope will help if people have the time to take a look at it.

I don't have materials to share, sorry.
One thought: it seems like a lot of organizations think of this as 1 problem when I think of it as maybe 3. There's savvy users (who might not need much help and can figure it out themselves mostly.) There's typical users and technophobic users.
Our organization uses mandatory meetings for an upgrade like that. I wonder about short, medium and long versions of training.
