We upgraded from EMR 9.10 SP 2 to 9.12 SP 2 over the weekend. With that upgrade, we had a huge dump of old flags from 2015, 2016, and 2017 in our referral proxy desktops and individual user desktops. Not all of the flags, but the majority of the flags are from the referral coordinator original message when auto generated because the order is on Admin Hold. The flags were removed during their appropriate year because the order was either completed or cancelled. Now most of them are back on the desktops. We can easily follow through each flag to make sure they have been taken care of, but this is a lot of work for the second time around. Has anyone upgraded to 9.12 experience this issue? We have started a case with GE, but wanted to put it out there just in case.
Any suggestions would help.
