It is a modified item. It is to allow for 4 Rx per printed page. I believe the default only allows 2.

This is a crystal report that has been customized for our site and use of physicain extenders. The GE default for Texas is not used at our site.

We just installed SP2 on our test db and we're getting an error "Database update in progress; try later" when we try to log in. Any ideas? We were hoping to upgrade tomorrow.

Wanted to update in case someone else has this issue - it turns out this error was caused because the tech who ran the upgrade didn't use the paths specified in the release notes, so the upgrade never finished running.
Lesson learned - follow the steps in the release notes word for word!

We installed SP2 in May 2012. Since that time, providers have been experiencing significant issues with 2 tray printing (in a Citrix environment). In addition we are noticing freezing when attempting to print a new prescription. This does not occur when one is printing a refill medication Rx. We have done lots of testing, and it appears that both issues are only appear with new medications, not refill prescriptions.
Has anyone seen this? If so, do you have any insight? We have hired a consultant to do a network assessment in the interim, as well as moved to a hybrid environment, as a temporary stop gap measure for the providers, who are miserable.
Any insight would be helpful.

Have you fixed your Citrix printing issue Settlement? If so, can you tell me what fixed it, as we are having issues also!
