Good afternoon,
We have worked to upgrade from EMR 9.5 to 9.8 and are unable to get the application to initiate properly. Our database upgrade was done first - from 9.5 to 9.8. The we did the CCC upgrade - we were on CCC 8.3.7.3 - so we did the CCC 8.3.8 upgrade first followed by the CCC-Basic install.
Somehow it does not seem like the application is reading the usrlib.txt file properly - the supplement files pop up does not show even though we have it set to "yes."
Has anyone experienced anything similar in performing their upgrade process? If so, what did you do to resolve the issue?
Any and all responses will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Not an expert by any means with CCC files and loading of user libraries, but I believe one of the steps to install CCC Basic is to copy a set of files (in the Copy to Client directory) to the Centricity Client directory on your workstation (or terminal server(s)). It includes a usrlib.txt file. So rather than copy over your original one, probably what you want to do is append the lines within that one to what you had to begin with so that all of your stuff loads, not just the CCC Basic stuff.
Just a guess really.
Thank you! Will review this with our Analysts. Here's hoping!
This is all the steps needed to initialize CCC usage in 9.8 and who utilized ccc forms in 9.5.
start with your 9.5 CCC files and folders > drop in CCC 8.3.8 files and folders > then drop CCC-Basic Update files and folders> update the CCCQE-USER-EDIT-SPECIALTY-DEFINITIONS and CCCQE-USER-EDIT-SPECIALTY-DEFINITIONS2 manually
