We are running EMR 9.5, the program runs without any problems at our main office, but when it comes to the satellite office it's extremely slow and takes about 20 to 30 minutes to open. All other programs work without any hitches over the VPN, so I'm assuming it's not a network issue, has anybody experience this? and if so were you able to fix it and how?... thank you guys.

How are they connecting to Centricity? Thin client or Fat Client?
If they are using local installs of CPS and goign out over the VPN it is going to be incredibly slow.
They need to be connecting to something liek Terminal servers or Citrix to get the speed you are lookign for.

Our satellite offices connect via RDP to our terminal servers. Also make sure your internet connection speeds in the satellite offices are cranked up as high as your ISP or budget will allow.
You will need to come up with a thin client option
Microsoft Terminal Server is free for 120 days.
