Is there a way to edit the layout of the flowsheet? I would like the days of the week across the top and the INR/Coumadin dose on the side. Is this possible?

The closest way of getting this would be with a custom flowsheet view just showing the ObsTerms you have associated to the elements (PT, INR, Coumadin Dose, etc). The dates along the top of the flowsheet default to "days" but only display days that have values (no empty columns).
Custom flowsheet views are created in the Administration->Charts->Chart->Flowsheet Views section.
