Hello CHUG. So, I have seen it where Biscom is used to fax to any outside number (you are not just limited to the EMR service providers list. I have also seen where you can print many items and combine them into 1 PDF then send 1 fax. You can type in any outside fax number and even select a coverpage. There is even a global address book. I know this is possible, but do not know how to configure.
Right now, our setting only allows us to fax to our service providers in EMR. What setting am I missing to open it up to all numbers where we can just type it in? Anyone have experience with this?

You can print any document to your biscom printer to allow you fax outside of EMR.
A box will pop up where you enter fax numbers, to, from, select your cover pages etc.
You can create a global address book and is configured via the Biscom Fax client. You can also bulk import to your address books.
The ability to edit public phone book must be enabled via the Biscom Server Admin console and is specific per routes and user list entry per fax queue.
Biscom support should be able to help as well.
