I have a few staff members that are having issues entering some ICD10 codes.
Error is:
"The selected code has not been loaded for billing or is inactive. Codes can be loaded into the system or activated from Administration."
Code is active and loaded. This was verified by GE.
GE gave me 2 fixes that did nothing to fix this issue.
Any suggestions?
are the codes assigned to specialties?
Interesting that error would make sense if the codes weren't loaded. How do they fix it. If the exit the EMR and log back in does it work?

I have no resolution at this time except to have someone that does not have the issue enter the code.

Codes are in specialties, but I have verified that the selected specialties are the same as other codes we have no issues with.
Hmm, really seems like a code not loaded to the the specialty the user is in issue but it sounds like you covered all those bases. But to further confirm,
1) Only some users are having the issue?
2) Of the users having the issue are they setup in a different specialty?
p.s. Any other word from GE yet?
Verified users are set up identical.
Verified codes are set up identical.
