Has anyone encountered the following error when launching the Scheduling Module,
"Error occurred in class , method CMBCScheduleWndCtrl::ShowMenuItem"
This error causes CPS to force close and the user has to relaunch the application. Upon logging in, they are able to launch the module without issue. This error is sporadic and users just simply log back in to continue working.
The users who encounter this error use Thick CPS 12.0.12 clients. The rest of our staff use CPS 12.0.12 through Citrix.
Any ideas?

What about IE version is it the same on the server as the FAT Client?

It is not the same. The server is on IE 10 and our FAT clients are on IE 11.

We use 10 on all clients. Maybe someone else here is using IE 11 to be able to say if they experience this issue. If you don't hear from anyone else, I think if it were me, I would rollback IE to see if it helps since GE states its not fully supported by 12.0. Just a thought and something else that can be ruled out.

It's definitely worth a shot. The only problem, is we just recently (within the last 5 months) updated our thick clients from IE 10 to IE 11 and the problem has been ongoing for about 2 years.

We too have been experiencing this for over a year and we used to be on IE10 when we were getting these and yes, we are now on IE11, but since we had this issue before I agree that I do not believe it is related to IE.
